Richa earlier worked with Fidelity Investments as Director Technology and brings in 20+ years of experience with 15+ years in Technology Management, leading large globally distributed teams for both services and captive IT units. Expert in managing operations, delivering P&L, working with different global cultures, building CoEs. Multi-Industry experience in IT, Digital Transformations, Capital Markets, KPO, B2C E-commerce. She is a Certified Scrum Master, CSQA. She did BE (Computer Science) and is a Gold Medallist from NIT, Kurukshetra.
Amolak Singh
Global Head

Amolak brings in a wealth of exp. in Digital Forensic & Block chain. Technology professional with 25 Years of Exp. IT & security domain, worked as CXO Level member of management team of corporate & MNC organizations. CIO | CISO | Author with Two decades of experience in Cyber Security, Associated as Principal consultant with NISG, Govt. of India organizations on e-Governance & Digital India initiative and CII on Cyber Security initiatives for Indian Industries. Associated with India’s biggest Block chain initiative Bank chain community.
Piyush Singhal
Promoter – CTO
Piyush brings in 24+ years of Enterprise Software Development, project management, and Global Consulting experience and worked with organisation like Accenture, EDS, Sapient & HCL. Advising customers on Enterprise strategy and Technology Road maps, are his key consulting areas. He is an Alumini of IIM (A) & B.Tech from BITS Pilani.

He guides legal and regulatory matters for the business, mitigates risk, and protects brand and reputation. He provides critical legal guidance and innovative solutions that drive the organization forward plus optimize legal efficiency and efficiency to best serve the business. He is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI.
Darshan P. Kaur
Global Head – Strategy & Sourcing
Darshan is a COP (Certified Outsourcing Professional) certified Sourcing and Vendor Management leader with 25 years of global consulting experience supported by a technical background, extensive experience in project, program management. Her specialties are certified Outsourcing Professional, Strategic Workforce Planning, Sourcing including Insourcing and Outsourcing, "Right" shore management, Vendor management (both onsite and offshore) & governance, International projects, global experience. She worked with organisation like NIIT & Coca Cola in the past and did Masters in Computer Applications from Delhi University.
Suman Juneja
Head of HR & Operations
Suman is responsible to plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy. She collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention. She did her MBA from Amity Business School and graduated from Miami University.
Shiwam Bharti

Shiwam has primary responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing, and running of all the finance activities of a company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations. He is also providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and members of the executive management team while maintaining investor relations and partnership compliances. He is a Chartered Accountant by Profession.
